About My Clients

I love working with couples who are striving to become more connected whether that's emotionally and/or physically. Some speciality areas of mine as a sex therapist are people who are having pain with sex, people who grew up feeling shamed around sex, and/or people who want to explore their sexuality. Clients who see me are typically committed to the process of therapy for weekly sessions.

My Background and Approach

I approach therapy with an open-mind and open-heart. I am compassionate and warm in session, while also being very direct. I believe people come to therapy wanting a mirror held up, so I do my best to reflect what I see and notice in sessions with a warmth. I strive to meet clients where you're at and stay present with you, even in the hard moments that will come up. I believe every client is an individual who has a complex identity that is also situated in larger systems of school, workplace, culture, family of origin, family of choice, and so much more. I work with clients to discuss intersections of different identities and how that may relate to larger systems at play.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe no one is broken. I believe all humans want to be deeply seen, heard and understood.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
