About My Clients
I have counseled clients from varying backgrounds and age groups, and I am currently focused on working with adolescents through older adults. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, LGBTQIA issues, and grief.
My Background and Approach
I take a holistic approach to therapy; I believe that healing happens on many levels. I practice brain-and-body based therapies and have a special interest in integrating mindfulness practices into my work with clients. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. I am also a certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my belief that within each of us lies the answers we need in order to heal and move forward in our lives. It is my greatest honor to walk with clients as they deepen their connection with themselves.
