About My Clients
My clients seek support in navigating significant transitions in their lives. Whether these are related to navigating their sexual orientation or gender identity, healing from past trauma, or addressing concerns they have about their sexual health and sexuality. My focus is on adults who seek to feel more empowered in their lives and decision making. Many folks I work with identify as LGBTQ+, ENM, or polyamorous but I also welcome cisgender, heterosexual, and monogamous folks.
My Background and Approach
In my clinical training, I have developed a practical and conversational style that is result-oriented and uses an integrative model. I've completed training in several behavior-based interventions (CBT, DBT, solutions focused therapy) and incorporate these with traditional analytic approaches. As a queer and trans-identified therapist, I’ve worked extensively with lesbian, gay, and bisexual people as well as non-binary and transgender individuals. I am an ENM/Poly and alt-sex affirming therapist. You will find that I am a caring and compassionate listener, and one who is genuinely curious about the depth and complexity of our lives.

I am personally committed to human rights, LGBTQ and anti-racist initiatives, income equality, disability justice, and environmental protection.
