Knowing ourselves can be tough. Accepting and loving ourselves? Even tougher. So if you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, understanding your identity or navigating the relationships in your life (maybe with people who may not accept you)... You’re definitely not alone! As a teen and even into adulthood, there can be a lot of stumbling blocks on the path toward celebrating who we really are. It can be a challenging journey – but it’s not a journey you need to take by yourself.
My Background and Approach
I believe YOU are the expert of you. As a therapist, I’m merely your humble facilitator – here to create a supportive environment where you can learn and discover more about yourself, your patterns, and your own deeply-held values. I wholly believe that accepting ourselves is the first step toward healing… Even though that process can feel vulnerable and often really scary, it can be a lot of fun, too. And it’s absolutely worth it. Let’s talk!
