About My Clients
Clients come to me because they are stuck. They might have spoken to friends and relatives. Some have been to several therapists. What my clients share is a desire to feel better and live life to their fullest. Some are teenagers and some are adults. What they have in common is the feeling that "There must be more to life than this." My clients are looking for tools that will help them to cope more effectively with stressful situations. They're ready to take charge of their lives.

Can I help you? I can't answer that without meeting you. Here's what I can assure you: I am committed to using my many years of experience and training to solve your problems. Since there is no one method that works with everyone, I have become familiar with a number of different therapies . This allows me to tailor my therapy to the needs of each client. I am a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to providing my clients the highest level of care. I am curious and always interested in learning new skills. Every element of my practice is focused on making the therapy process convenient. My clients often tell me that I am authentic and down to earth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is a partnership between the therapist and his or her clients. Each client has a voice that should be respected and heard by the therapist. Goal setting should be a mutual process and should be ongoing. Your needs and goals may be different after several weeks or months of treatment. These changing needs should be reflected in your treatment plans. I do not view my clients as ill. I see them as living, breathing humans connected to a network of people who care about them. Part of my job is to strengthen these connections.
