My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy is a transformative journey, where each step forward enhances your resilience and promotes sustained growth. Together, we’ll work to cultivate your inherent strengths and capacities, empowering you to grow and thrive in all aspects of your life. In the past two years working as a school-based mental health clinician, I’ve gained extensive experience with teenagers. I use a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness strategies. Additionally as a 200-hour certified yoga teacher I integrate principles of yoga to enhance the mind-body connection, an integral part of my holistic approach to therapy.
