About My Clients
My clients seek me for my affordable and highly competent services as a therapist intern. They find that my capacity to understand their world allows them to move toward the life they most want. My clients come in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how they want to show up in the world and complete therapy with a deep knowledge of their inner landscape. My clients report healthier relationships with their friends, family, partners, and themselves.
My Background and Approach
I'm here to understand what it's like to be you, and in doing so, I'm hoping you, too, will find a greater understanding of what it's like to be yourself. To me, the safety of our relationship is central to your capacity to not only heal but grow and live a life of abundance. Together, we form an alliance designed to achieve your therapeutic goals and explore new ones we have yet to consider. At times I integrate nonpostural yoga into my therapeutic work. Yoga is an ancient system designed to help you achieve self-mastery and in doing so reach higher states of consciousness. If it’s aligned with your interest, various forms and practices of traditional Hatha Yoga may be optionally incorporated into your session to provide you with resourcing and allow you to connect with your true nature. These practices are always optional, and I hope they may be of some service to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I highly value personal authenticity and congruence between inner experiences and outer expression. I believe that we all must strive to be in our highest integrity and truth in order to live a life worth living. I know firsthand that this takes bravery and the rewards are immeasurable. I believe that there is no wrong way to be in a relationship and rather the terms of the relationship are completely up to each couple. I strive to allow individuals and couples to notice the truth of each relationship they maintain without the outside influence of societal norms and stories. In doing so I maintain full acceptance and integration of polyamory, kink, and LGBT lifestyles in order to help you and your partner feel fully your truth.
