About My Clients

Are you looking for a therapist who understands the intersection of race/ethnicity, culture, and sexuality and its influence on your mental health? Have you found yourself more anxious around people, topics, or transitions in your own life? Are the ongoing disruptions from the pandemic something that has made it harder to maintain connection with others and yourself? My goal in therapy is to navigate these complex stories and empower you to create meaningful change in your life.

My Background and Approach

Through my use of narrative and humanistic approach to therapy, we can work together towards your goals and create healing through a healthy relationship. I am a Vietnamese American therapist (he/him) who specializes in understanding the tricky tightrope that encompasses the biracial and bicultural experience. I look forward to working with you on your journey of creating meaning from the many identities that create you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value creating an open conversation on how therapy can work best for you. Collaboration is essential in our work, which is why I place emphasis in creating a meaningful relationship with you to create movement and change in your journey. I believe you are the person who knows yourself best, and I work with you to create meaningful strategies that help you overcome the hard times.
