Self esteem and life satisfaction have been impacted by the culture of social media and the expectations of perfection, busyness, and focusing on the future rather than being in the moment or simply enjoying life. As adults we've come to expect more success, that we should be productive all of the time, be in a committed relationship, and have life figured out.
My Background and Approach
I am Health At Every Size (HAES) aligned and body-neutral in my approach, integrating community and connection, while teaching a wide range of coping skills effects lasting resilience. I utilize mindfulness, guided meditation, work with my clients to build healthy coping skills, and integrate a variety of creative techniques.
