About My Clients
I have 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I have worked in a community based program, a school based therapy program and a residential facility. I am culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ sensitive and trauma informed.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight Carlsbad. I am fluent in English and in Spanish, being able to communicate with individuals and families in their preferred language. I utilize a wide range of evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, family systems and motivational interviewing. I understand that each client is unique and strive to build a therapeutic relationship to provide an individualized plan for treatment. I believe everyone deserves to be happy and am here to support my client's in their journey of healing, self love and growth.
