About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults, ages 14 and up. I have experience working with those in emergency services and Covid19 first responders. I also have experience working with at risk youth and families, and with perinatal mental health issues such as birth trauma and pregnancy loss.
My Background and Approach
I have experience with birth, perinatal and fertility issues, adoption support, trauma, and family conflict. I currently specialize in birth trauma and working with first responders and covid19 frontline workers. My approach draws on different modalities to suite the different needs of each client. I have a BA from the Evergreen State College, and a Master's of Counseling from Saint Martin's University. I served my clinical internship working with at risk youth and their families through Community Youth Services. My goal as a therapist is to set my clients up for success in both managing the impact of past trauma, and succeeding at their goals in a rapidly changing world.
