Inclusion is imperative in our healing process. If you are hurting, need healing, or just tired of feeling burdened- let's create a safe space together for us to move through your pain and regain that sense of connection. I look forward to working with folks who are comfortable gently pushing themselves and testing their own boundaries in an effort to heal.
My Background and Approach
I have been trained in several different modalities to effectively deal with mood disturbances, trauma, and anxiety. I utilize EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy most frequently.
