About My Clients
I am happy to see that you are putting yourself first by considering therapy to address your needs. I provide individual therapy to male, female, and non-binary clients, ages 13- 50+. My experience includes supporting individuals with anxiety, self-esteem concerns, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and issues with managing difficult emotions to name a few.
My Background and Approach
As your therapist, I do take into consideration the relationship you and I will begin creating when I meet you. I care about my clients individually and the experiences they have the moment we sit down together, I look to create a space where you feel welcomed, accepted, safe and understood. I cater my sessions to best fit who you are and what your goals are.
