Depression is an issue that most people will struggle with at some point in their lives. For those of us who grew up with depression, it can seem like a lifelong battle. Others that are finding themselves in a brand new struggle with the illness, it can seem like an insurmountable task. I am here to guide you through it, no matter how it started, we will finish it.
