About My Clients
Welcome! I see children (4 years and older) adults, parents and families. I am a compassionate, heart-centered therapist. I practice from a holistic and integrative perspective, blending neuroscience, somatic/body-based methods and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My role is facilitator, guiding in changing patterns, improving relationships and living authentically. You will gain a toolkit in our work together. My specialty is working with Talented & Gifted Children & Adults.

Through Somatic therapy, I am skilled at: Assisting clients in identifying and expressing the sensations they are experiencing, Helping individuals reframe current or past negative experiences, Increasing and Improve confidence, resilience and hope, Helping clients achieve a greater awareness of body and mind, and reducing physical tension and stress. I am a compassionate, heart-centered therapist and I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to ensure that I am the right fit for you. My goal is to help each client create a toolkit that they can access throughout their life to help establish and maintain resiliency and health.
