About My Clients
Do you want to show up more for yourself in your daily life? Do you struggle to share your voice and connect with yourself? Everyone is worthy of being heard. Everyone has a story to tell and a journey to embrace. Individuals often seek therapy when they feel lost, experience loneliness, and/or face life’s crossroads. I hope to accompany clients on their journeys, helping them discover a deeper connection with themselves and others while also acquiring skills to face unique challenges.
My Background and Approach
My clinical experience over the last six years includes serving as Clinical Supervisor at the Travis County Children’s Advocacy Center where I worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma. I have additional experience with clients struggling with eating disorders, low self-esteem, and relationships. I ground my therapeutic focus in cultivating a relationship with the client based on trust, compassion, and security.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is an avenue for navigating challenges and developing healthy solutions for overall wellness. I believe we all have the inner tools needed to engage in the world in a meaningful way; however, we sometimes need assistance in discovering our tools and use our voice. My hope is to walk alongside you on your journey so you can confidently share your voice while also connecting more with your authentic self.
