I work with individuals 18 and older. Clients often seek support for symptoms of anxiety or depression, impact of trauma, life transitions, relational conflict.
My Background and Approach
It is my belief that when a person seeks to change their life, growth is possible. Our past experiences can inform the way we show up in our lives in the present moment. Sometimes past experiences can cause people to experience conflict in current relationships; struggle to communicate emotions effectively; trust that others will be able to meet their needs; utilize coping mechanisms that hinder versus help.I strive for an individualized, collaborative approach. I utilize creativity, humor, and my innate belief in your capacity to grow. I acknowledge the inherent grief and loss that comes along with the lived experience of being human. I am committed to respecting and understanding your lived experiences and your cultural identities.
