My Background and Approach
I have worked in mental health for over 6 years working with many types of individuals find the healing they need to live their lives. My clients have been able to work on creating long lasting and meaningful relationships with others, as well as their relationships with themselves. I utilize a combination of Experiential and Psychodynamic therapy approaches as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
