Closure of past negative chapters and applying learned coping skills enables a client ready for change to find joy within the present. Also, the ideal client is someone who utilizes the tools taught in therapy to adjust to life when difficult moments are encountered.

I have worked in the field of social work for over 20+ years providing case management services and therapeutic interventions. I believe that finding balance in life is important for overall health: mind, body & soul. I practice mindfulness daily within my own life. Life is a journey that we experience moment to moment. My role as a therapist is to help guide my clients to learn to be present in the moment and to work towards closing the chapter/s on past moments which cause imbalance in their present lives.
