My Background and Approach
Along with being trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) my approach uses a blend of many therapeutic modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness and relaxation. My aim is to provide a therapy style that fits your needs, and make sure you get the most out of our time together.
