You are anxious and overwhelmed by the demands of life while juggling the emotions that are impacting your well-being. You have been trying hard to have an optimistic outlook and change the way you feel, but things don’t seem to be any different no matter what you do.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, health issues, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, and stress. I use an individualized approach that helps you identify your strengths, learn new coping skills, improve communication, and create lasting change. I will support you through life transitions and help you feel less stuck, stressed out and focus more on feeling whole again. My focus is to help you get back to having peace and meaningful connection in life.

I work from a place of compassion, respecting and honoring each person’s path as unique and different. I strive for a collaborative and compassionate approach. My practice is inclusive and all are welcome. I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy no matter what you are facing. I am passionate about helping my clients feel empowered to live their lives with meaning and joy. I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey to self-empowerment and change.
