About My Clients
I specialize in working with people who are fighting feelings of anxiety, anger, and overwhelm, and feel like they’re slowly losing the battle. Whether you’ve experienced something new or have been struggling to feel secure at work, in a relationship, or with yourself, I help you identify what matters to you, reconnect to your purpose, and start to take action to feel more in control of your life.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, compassionate and direct. I will try to meet you where you’re at and do my best to support you in moving forward to where you’d like to go. I am certified as an Employee Assistance Professional and currently provide counseling and consultation to government employees and organizations. I also have over 10 years of experience working with active duty military and veterans in the DOD and VA, who are recovering from post traumatic stress, depression, traumatic brain injuries, and substance use.
