The human experience is a wild one. I’ve sought many helpers along my path and am honored to serve others in this way too.

My approach to couples counseling is largely influenced by PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) and NVC (Nonviolent Communication). PACT draws from 3 primary domains: developmental neuroscience, arousal regulation, and attachment theory, and focuses on supporting the couple to securely function. As individuals, even if we have tendencies toward certain attachment styles, PACT encourages couples to operate according to secure functioning principles based on fairness and care.
The Hakomi Method is at the forefront in the field of mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy. Hakomi is based in the principles of mindfulness, non-violence, organicity, and change. The root of the work is seated in present moment experience. These experiences illuminate unconscious core material and neural patterns that inform the way we see ourselves and the world. In a loving, gentle, and safe container, I assist clients into a place of self-study and profound transformation.
NARM is a cutting-edge model for addressing attachment, relational and developmental trauma, by working with the attachment patterns that cause life-long psychobiological symptoms and interpersonal difficulties. These early, unconscious patterns of disconnection deeply affect our identity, emotions, physiology, behavior and relationships. Learning how to work simultaneously with these diverse elements is a radical shift that has profound clinical implications for healing complex trauma.
