About My Clients
I prefer to work with older teens and young adults, and am able to address various diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD.
My Background and Approach
I am currently obtaining my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and practicing as an intern with In Focus Counseling. I believe that each person is capable of amazing change, so my counseling is very collaborative with clients. I use treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with a focus on mindfulness techniques. I am also training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) treatments.
