I have over 14 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I use an eclectic approach that includes but is not limited to Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Family Therapy. My focus is to use the strengths of my clients as building blocks to reach their goals.
