My Background and Approach
Throughout my experience as a therapist, I have been able to develop a diverse and holistic approach to treatment by getting to know all aspects of my client’s life. I am a straight-forward therapist, while still respecting and understanding where my client is at the present moment and letting them take lead. My ability to incorporate different treatment approaches allows me to individualize treatment for each client to meet their needs. I have been perfecting tools throughout my career to help individuals like you. We'll work collaboratively to help you address the current issues that are getting in the way of your daily life. I pride myself on providing a safe and empathic space for my clients throughout their journey of self-empowerment and self-discovery.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know what it is like to sit on the couch and be vulnerable with a stranger. I believe the first step is finding a comfortable and safe space to begin the process of exploring your inner being. If allowed, therapy can be healing and empowering to make great change and long term progress in your life.
