I graduated with both my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Arts in Music from Tarleton State University.
I am passionate about helping you find peace in your here and now, processing through and accepting your yesterdays and tomorrows to honor the moment you're already in. I prioritize authenticity, connection, autonomy, emotional experiencing, and functional feelings skills to walk with clients through the challenges they face.
I focus on meeting clients exactly where they are, inviting you to notice the skills you already have to manage that moment, and any other difficult moment, you have in life. I'll also teach you some new skills along the way. My goal is to ensure that you recognize your own worth and ability in this life, provide you a space to practice the skills to put that ability into practice, and encourage that practice when you head out into the real world. You've got this!
