About My Clients
Do you feel disconnected from yourself and others, longing to feel known, safe, and whole? I take a holistic approach to support clients struggling identity development, relational issues, depression, meaning-making, boundaries, anxiety, sexual health and identity and spiritual integration. I respect and honor all identities and strive to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic space for all.
My Background and Approach
My name is Cathryn Wright, MA, LPCC, NCC (She/Her). Through our work together, I hope to co-create a space of authenticity, connection, and safety as you explore your past wounds, relationships, and patterns that make up your unique story. As these often lead to internal struggles, my goal is to partner alongside you to support you toward empowerment, healing, and self-trust as your reclaim your story.
