About My Clients
I work with adolescents, teens, adult individuals, and families helping them navigate grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and other stressors in life. I enjoy helping families and individuals develop healthy and strong relationships.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy through a person-centered, attachment lens. I started my counseling career working with children and parents in a school setting where I helped children and adolescents learn how to develop healthy coping and communication skills through Play Therapy and Expressive Arts techniques. I then worked in hospice where I counseled individuals and families. In my hospice work, I helped clients navigate love, loss, and grief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I seek to create a loving and safe space for clients to feel empowered in their healing process. I believe that the counseling room should be a non-judgemental space to foster growth and healing. Therapy is a collaborative process where I will work with you as a team to work towards and meet your goals.
