My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative. I show up for clients with compassion and curiosity in order to create a space in which, together, we can gain a deeper understanding of experiences you've had, challenges you face, and strengths you possess. I use my training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, family therapy, play therapy, and CBT based on client need.

The more we understand and get underneath the narratives that shape our experience, the more power we have to change our understanding of ourselves and our environments, and make different choices.
