I am passionate to supporting the healing and empowerment of Black American and Caribbean women. As a successful Black women you have made monumental achievements and still struggle with nervousness or unsupported grief causing you difficulty in relationships or moving forward in other areas of your life.
My Background and Approach
I am here to support you unveil the answers to discover happy whilst healing & progressing towards healthier relationships, entrepreneurship, aging well. I have a Masters in Social Work; trauma trained clinician, and trained as a holistic life coach through Alan Cohen’s intense, spiritual life coaching course.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to providing culturally competent holistic psychotherapy to diverse communities while making accessible a healing space for Black and Brown people with compassion and awareness of their total being.
