About My Clients

If you’re a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, or childhood abuse - I want to work with you. If you find yourself continuously impacted by the trauma you’ve lived through, I want to help you gain the skills to move through your past and get to the present moment. I have seen EMDR change lives, and I believe in it as a modality.

My Background and Approach

Beyond EMDR, I bring Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Queer Narrative Therapy into practice. I use an integrative approach tailored to each individual that I work with. I have 7+ years of experience working with survivors of DV and S/A and am deeply passionate about this work.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am deeply passionate about working with survivors of trauma. This is reflected in my public service work in the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault field. Prior to this I worked for roughly ten years in the education field and doing anti-racism work. I strive to continue working towards a more just future I believe in.
