About My Clients
I welcome the engagement of individual and family needs on the basis of both intrinsic and extrinsic values. I utilize a treatment integration of philosophy, psychoanalysis, and relational psychotherapy in my work with both adults and children. I am a doctorate student and analyst candidate in the school of object relations. An application founded upon the work of Melanie Klein, who also devised the benefit of the utilization of toys in providing treatment for children, known as play therapy.
My Background and Approach
My focus is on engaging the deeper layers of the psyche as to realize a particular interconnectedness. Life lessons are not always linear, working through the fragments of life experience that arise, clients realize repetitive patterns as past derivatives. "Knowledge is power" as proposed by Francis Bacon.
More About the People I Treat
Psychoanalytic therapy is a well-researched depth psychology and is known to be more effective longitudinally over that of the popularly prescribed uses of CBT including significant personality changes. Benefits also extend beyond a focus on symptomology in time including relational alliance, personal autonomy, & enlightened, well-integrated perspectives.
