About My Clients
**OFFERING TELEHEALTH**We seek to help Veterans, First Responders, their Families, and children impacted by traumatic events. We welcome those who are struggling with life issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, coping, mood disorders, gender and identity issues, and addictions. We believe that the situations we experience impact us, but do not define us. Our clinicians are trained to help you reach your full potential and overcome difficult situations.
My Background and Approach
**OFFERING TELEHEALTH**We provide specialized individual and group therapy, and provide therapy for a wide range of children, adolescent, and adult clients. Our clinicians are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), sand tray therapy, play therapy, art, and projective approaches that are utilized for a wide range of client concerns. We offer groups that help those who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, Veterans and First Responders, and those who struggle with life experiences find healing. Our clinicians provide substance abuse evaulations, clinical assessments, and individual therapy. We also provide supervision to students completing their Master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, and Social Work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
**OFFERING TELEHEALTH**As a Veteran, I am passionate about helping my Brothers and Sisters in the Military and First Responder community navigate healthy living. I do not believe that there is a limit to human capacity, compassion, and learning. Our clinicians believe that the approach to wellness is an individual one, and we look forward to learning about your approach to the world. We start where you are, and help you identify and achieve your goals. The first step to wellness can be tentative, even scary. Let us help you make that first step, and many more.
