About My Clients

Do you struggle with a mind that does not turn off? Do you overanalyze yourself and others? Do you have a critical inner voice? I can help you find the "off button" in your mind, no longer react to every thought and feeling that goes through your mind and learn to laugh at the voice in your head. Together we can achieve what seems impossible.

My Background and Approach

As a psychologist with almost 25 years of experience, I specialize in mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy.
