About My Clients
I have a diverse background of experiences working with adults, children, adolescents and their families. I offers my clients emotional support and teach them practical skills as they navigate challenges in their unique seasons of life.
My Background and Approach
In addition to my certification as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I have licensure as a Professional Educator (PEL) with expertise in Learning Disabilities and as a Behavioral Specialist. As a counselor, together with traditional talk therapy, I include creative activities and uses a multi-sensory approach to integrate a variety of experiences. As a yoga teacher and practitioner, I offer clients multiple tools to guide and support them to develop calming strategies, breath control and increased mindfulness.
