About My Clients
Do you have thoughts that are so scary you are worried to share them? Has anxiety taken over your life? My couch and my screen have space for you if you are looking for support just for you or your child. Clients who work with me learn the skills they need to be able to accept and learn how to live with uncertainty. My approach is warm, funny and gentle, even with the tough conversations. My Background and Approach
I believe uncertainty doesn’t need us to accept it, we need to accept it. She is a graduate of Saint Martin’s University in Lacey. I am a veteran of the US Army and loves working with veterans as well as individuals, families and groups. I have a background in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other Anxiety Disorders with adults and children and am also working on getting her Perinatal Mental Health training and certification.
