I have experience working in Community Based Organizations as therapist, program manager, and school counselor.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Foresight. My approach is a combination of brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family System, and mindfulness practice. Getting to know the members and helping each of them to maintain a high level of mental wellness is my priority. The goal is to create a supportive, compassionate, and client-centered environment where people can start healing and enhance wellbeing.
