My goal as your counselor is to help you meet your therapeutic goals and enact the change you want to see in yourself and your life.
My approach to therapy involves using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with a person-centered approach. I will integrate CBT interventions including cognitive reframing, guided discovery, and emotional monitoring through methods like journaling, in combination with person-centered techniques focused on improving self awareness and self expression.
