About My Clients
I work mainly with adults and couples who have experienced any of the following: anxiety, adult attachment issues, relationship issues/interpersonal effectiveness, identity work (cultural, social), adult children of immigrants, life transitions (new moms, career change, etc), ppl who work in tech, low-self esteem, adults who had narcissistic parents or partners, grief & loss, PTSD and complex trauma.
My Background and Approach
I work from a psychodynamic, attachment and relational lens and hold strong importance around sociocultural issues. I also use EMDR and an IFS parts model approach to treat PTSD.
