Our individual pathway through life presents us with unexpected crossroads, roadblocks, highways, and sometimes dead ends; it can be a struggle to navigate these roads alone. My Background and Approach
I use a holistic, integrated approach, using evidenced based techniques such as Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Emotional Freedom Technique, which helps connect the mind and body in a way that allows for us to release stress-related issues. I am a gender affirming, trauma informed, humanistic, experiential, attachment, and systemic therapist. I appreciate where you are at and where you would like to go and see yourself. I value you, and creating a safe space to collaborate and plant seeds for you to explore and discover what helps them grow.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
After many turns on my own journey I have discovered my calling, and am here to empower others in finding thier authentic self, discover thier own path to healing internally and find a way to have the ability to establish self-compassion, love, and forgiveness. I am an advocate for the LGBTQ community, a gender affirming specialist, and believe that healing comes from a collaborative approach with self. Meaning, everything we do plays an integral part in our overall well-being. To treat the emotional, we need to consider all other parts of life such as physical, nutrition, and toxins that enter the body and vice versa. We are humans that are being, and we continue to become what we want being to be. What are you capable of and what are your desires for your own quality of life?
