About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have worked with children and teens for 13+ years from Vermont to New York City to Austin, TX. I believe rapport and connection are the most powerful tool when working with this age group. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in curiosity, and compassion while using my training in play therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and social justice.
