Therapy is an investment in yourself, and you are worth it! Along with my education and clinical training, my lived experience of pursuing education and a career, juggling the demands of life while raising kids, and living in a culturally diverse community, have influenced my work as a therapist. I’m aware that your lived experiences may be different from mine and are affected by many qualities including your age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, culture, religion, and socioeconomic status. I’m committed to work with you to understand how your unique experiences are different from my own and how your experiences impact your life.
I truly love the work I do, but I strive to have balance in my life. When I’m not helping clients, I like to stay active by hiking and biking, cooking, gardening and relaxing with friends and family at the beach.
I look forward to supporting you in your journey towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life!
