About My Clients
Hello! I applaud your bravery in taking the first step to being your best self! I provide sessions both in person and virtual. Your choice. My focus is working with communities and families of color to help address and heal racial trauma, generational trauma, life changes, difficult life adjustments, grief, low self esteem, women issues, and relationship issues just to name a few. I use a solution focused, cognitive behavioral model that can incorporate cultural and religious/spiritual elements
My Background and Approach
I have working in numerous settings includes outpatient clinics, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, medical facilities, and mental health offices. I have served a large array of clients includes children with autism, adolescents in child protective services, adults, geriatric clients, couples, and families. My passion has been narrowed to serving people of color in need of mental health support. Representation matters. Culture matters. Race matters. You matter.
