About My Clients

I enjoy working with teens and adults as they navigate the challenges that come with life. I am passionate about supporting those experiencing social difficulties and relationship distress. In particular, I enjoy working with individuals who are, or who suspect they are, neurodiverse (i.e., Autism, AD/HD). I also specialize in supporting those who have experienced intimate partner betrayal, infidelity, or issues related to intimacy and sexual compulsivity.

My Background and Approach

I have extensive training and clinical experience focused on utilizing evidenced based practices to help inform my treatment. I work to crate a therapeutic environment that helps achieve change and deeper understanding of self. I use a strengths-based and neurodiversity affirming lens to meet clients wherever they are on their journey to understanding the unique gifts and challenges they experience. I take an individualized and trauma-informed approach to treatment and learn how your behavior, experiences, medical health, environment, and resources work together to impact your mental health and well-being. Together we can identify and build skills to explore, process, and create change and growth where you feel you need it most.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My area of specialty is working with individuals who identify as neurodiverse. I enjoy supporting people who struggle with challenges related to social communication, emotional regulation, and executive functioning (e.g., planning, organization, attention, and impulse control). I approach treatment from a holistic lens and explore where I can support clients with challenges commonly associated with neurodiversity, such as sleep disorders, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. As a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist- Candidate (CCPS-C), I support partners who have experienced intimate partner betrayal, infidelity in their relationship, relational trauma, and communication challenges. In particular, I specialize in supporting male/male identifying individuals who have experienced relational trauma. My clinical work also focuses on treatment at the intersection of neurodiversity and sexual health concerns, including problematic sexual behaviors and relational trauma.
