About My Clients
I collaborate with and empower my clients to harness or reclaim their inner strength and power. I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, work/life stress, life transitions, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in treatment. I am passionate about the field of counseling, and I work hard to create a safe and inviting space for my clients to work on whichever problems they choose to bring into their sessions. I value being empathic, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. My therapeutic approach is heavily based on person-centered therapy, which allows my clients to take the lead in sessions. This approach facilitates self-discovery, self-acceptance, and provides a space for growth and healing. I also draws from different approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
