About My Clients
Working with people who are motivated to change their lives is a passion for Cynthia. She feels that it takes strength of character to notice that help is needed and take that first step towards a therapeutic counseling relationship.
My Background and Approach
She uses a client-centered approach with counseling methods chosen based on the needs of the client. Through therapy, people come to realize the root issues so that permanent transformation can take place. Cynthia has experience working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, anger, and relationship difficulties. She has worked extensively with children and adolescents using Play and Art Therapy. In addition, Cynthia is passionate about working with couples through pre-marital as well as marriage counseling.
