I am experienced in working with teens, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, family conflict and relational issues. I draw upon well-established practices of psychodynamic exploration, relational therapy and mindfulness meditation. My clients describe me as personable, non-judgmental and compassionate.
