Therapy can help you handle emotions from problems or stressors, even if they aren't dramatically life changing or traumatic. The importance of mental health in today society is more of a necessity than an option. Being the first generation to gain access to mental health services is a new paradigm within the community. To discuss past trauma has been a taboo concept in the past. The only way out is to talk about it, process emotions and implement coping skills. Therapy is needed to thrive!
My Background and Approach
The approach and tools we provide for our client are to cultivate, grow and help assist my clients to reach a level of self-actualization. Our goal is educate clients to implement coping skills into their daily routine to terminate negative behavior, thoughts and emotions that no longer service you purpose in your life. We'll work collaboratively to address the issues that are hindering you from become the person you created to become. We do not help you fix your issues, instead we help you manage your issues, obstacles and situations so you can embrace your strength while learning to master of your life. Our experience at Therapeutic Rose Counseling various from a wide range services population from individual and couple counseling, mental health inpatient and outpatient hospitalization, juvenile justice mental health system and private practice setting. You will be in a no-judgement free zone while overcoming what was once thought was a impossible obstacle, becoming possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. What does not evolve will evaporate and as life continuously move forward you have the right to be a work in progress and a masterpiece simultaneously. However, the work must be put in for forward progress to made and the journey you will experience with therapy will be the masterpiece at work. We don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. We think the main reason of mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors, emotions, thoughts and environments that has contribute along the way.
