About My Clients

Do you find trust & intimacy with yourself or others a challenge? Are you encountering barriers in your relationship with yourself or with others that leave intimacy feeling inaccessible or unfulfilling? I understand. The experiences we've had, from early childhood on, can have a profound impact on the way we perceive ourselves, others, and even the world around us. Therapy can offer supported self-discovery that can lead to growth that allows for deeper acceptance, connection, and fulfillment.

My Background and Approach

As a therapist, I work in collaboration with you to establish an environment of safety where there is space to encourage healing through courageous self-discovery. I aim to honor you as the expert in yourself and your experiences throughout your healing journey. We collaborate to tailor your therapeutic process around your needs. I aim to foster a strong therapeutic relationship with you grounded in safety and trust where your truest self can be present and accepted. My orientation is person-centered, compassion-focused, holistic, influenced by a social justice and liberation lens and an intersectional feminist framework. I am passionate about supporting my clients in self discovery and healing with curiosity, courage, and compassion. I aim to support you in stepping into your self trust and power in a way that feels true to you so that you can walk through life experiencing more acceptance, connection, and fulfillment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the self-determination of human beings, and in our abilities to grow, change, and heal. I aim to support people in this process by providing an environment of safety and support in which beautiful work can be done. Systems of oppression and abuse of power impact all elements of life, including mental health. The work I do will always be grounded not only in supporting clients in addressing and healing from the impacts of these systems, but in taking action when and where possible to disrupt, dismantle, and destroy these systems and replace them with community, care, and love. I am committed to a lifelong journey of growth and evolution into becoming the safest therapist and person I can be for those around me, and for the world I imagine we can one day have.
